If you go back and reread my post, you'll see that is not what I said at all. I simply pointed out that scaling up chemical processes from a pilot to full-scale production doesn't always go as planned as Dow learned the hard way when they licensed the Nanoco technology. I'm not comparing the two technologies. I'm comparing the challenges of scaling up.
