I hope Mr. White realizes one of the most valuable and positive things Andi has going is Melanie and her crew. I would like to see Melanie put in a Position of more control. She is about the only one that has the experience of success in business. Brewster needs to go, major leak in the payroll. Mr. White, remove the negatives, keep the positives. Communicate with shareholders, the good the bad and the ugly. Andi is in desperate need of credibility. Credibility can easily be obtained by providing truth with positive information that can easily and undeniably be confirmed. Twitter promises isn't going to work anymore. JMO Good luck.
