The problem I see will be all the restricted shares becoming free-trading within the next few months. That won't increase the outstanding shares but it will bring the float up almost a billion shares. That will effectively bring the amount of money that needs to be spent to bring the share price up twice as much as it did the first time.

With the company only using OTCM as their means to release news I just don't see any major players getting eyes on.
