$RIBT Another Continental Grain buy, 134,033 more, they now own 5,097,925 shares. Near 21% now, probably buying exercised warrants, this getting RIBT more cash. CG has been buying the weeks just after a conference call.
Normally warrant overhang is a negative for a stock. But, CG is buying exercised warrants and the stock has more than doubled since they got their initial 2,700,000 shares.
