I would not expect it to be filed this year. They just don't have the manpower or time to keep making corrections. Also, the 10% purchase will make those shares end up on the market a year from issuance.
So, the additional money does not eliminate all lawsuits. Especially the ones they are contesting or countering. Uplisting to OTCQB can also be done without issuance of shares b/c all they need is an audit. Starting major movie productions will probably not move pps b/c there is no revenue coming in, only going out. However if the movie does well then we would see a rise. Again, that would be a year or two out. So no, issuing shares (dilution) has never generally had a immediate positive impact on a penny stock. So I do not expect one here either. It's dilution, plain and simple, but it's how they use that money that is significant.
