I think our CEO, should send all of us a clear and in english e-mail, explaining exactly what is happening,
A lot of us do not understand all the fancy business jargon that is frequently used by CEO'S, so the explanation should be in PLAIN AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!
