has the right to face their accuser ...
These days of giving women a blank check over their conduct...is getting old.
While I am sure there is some innocent victim's of sexually assault in both men and women ...
The majority effect....there isn't a lot of innocent's on either side in some settings...college being one.
In most cases, putting yourself in that type of situation to be assaulted...is not being a victim ...you have already accepted the possible consequences by being there and interacting.
Same argument applies as in those that say gun's kill.
