They probably did. That's not the point. Dow probably did lots of DD on Nanoco. How well did that work out for them? The point is that making tonne quantities of QDs and making thin film QD solar have both proven to be very difficult problems. I've not seen anything that states QMC has actually ever done either - clearly they believe they can, but have they actually demonstrated either? The India deal is great. Don't get me wrong. That's not what I'm questioning. I'm questioning the seemingly unsupportable assumptions made here after the announcement.
