Good point. When I 1st bought in the O/S was 2,221,794,450. Today it is being shown on OTC markets as 4,619,209,650 as of 11/01/18. On that fact alone a run of the same effect will only reach .0185 PPS. Now another all stock transaction took place for the water company. Expecting the O/S to rise even more.

Now factor in how angry most (if not all) the share holder are. How tainted the ticker is for not making good on anything promised. They announced they will not be using the news wire to release anything. AKA, no one will see anything, and no one will want shares. Stocks move when investors see value or opportunity. I see none of the above right now.

Best scenario. Do a ticker change so ANDI ticker can be forgotten. If ANDI becomes profitable (since they didn't file anything and went dark...) small buy backs to eliminate some O/S would be appreciated.
