I didn't say it isn't a platform. I said that I don't think NotifiCRM is more of a platform than NotifiMED. CRM is not MED, and MED isn't a subset of CRM.
The 'platform' I believe is the basic ability to create a video, add interactive elements, and perform analysis. To that basic platform they add industry specific databases and programming - CRM, MED, EDU, ITV, etc...to create an 'app' or 'product' for that industry.
If I"m mistaken I welcome a correction, but that's what I think they mean when they talk about their platform.
