Was commenting on the thread on how future litigation against infringers might proceed against a large group of investors. What approach might be taken against 50 or 60 or the 70 infringers george mentioned to you.
I was actually replying to various ones in that thread of how it might proceed after the current settlements, the quotation where not of you and george ,although I see your concern and its valid, but to draw attention to the timing of communication with infringers in the future which was discussed in the thread the current infringers after settlements ,my mistake, not intentional and I will be more careful in the future. I will use bold next time or underline.
Thank you for the clarification I would never want to misrepresent anyone, anytime on the board.
