I guess they are holding the share price at these depressed levels so a new set of insiders (White's buddies) can load up.
My guess is the whole SWS all stock acquisition was likely a payback to Keer and a way for him to get in on the fun.....we have no idea if SWS even generates sales as of yet or how much ANDI paid.
I guess we will see in Q1 2019 once & for all whether ANDI/UTOP can deliver.
