Can you (or any respectable Long here) venture any Pros/Cons of announcing BTD before the EOP2 meeting vs. after the meeting (with the announcement of a successful meeting outcome assumed).

Interested in any thoughts. Mine are : BTD before meeting starts the SP ball rolling (or) alerts manipulators to future events thus providing them time to prepare.

Or

BTD after meeting with news of successful meeting outcomes thus adding to the size of the "bomb" being dropped on the manipulators.
