NFUSZ is buying a solid, reputable company with a built in mature revenue stream, an already solid customer base that is experiencing exponential growth as well as established business connections within in the industry.
Both companies technical teams have seen the synergies between the Bright Tools product and the Nfusz NotifyCRM offering.
As long as there isn't a tremendous business misstep and you can emotionally get past the manipulative shenanigans being played, specifically designed to screw with investor sentiment, you can see that the combination of these companies is going to be extraordinary IMHO
