I believe the mood has changed and it's likely that the 3 month downtrend has ended:
RSI bottomed and has turned up
MACD bottomed and has turned up
Moneyflow has improved
Above the downtrend line (highs 8/14 & 9/28)
Additional indicators are signalling.
I've mentioned the company to many people and after they do a little research, they see that many things are about to happen. Some of these folks are of very modest means, and others are very affluent. Some have purchased already and I know of several who are planning to buy.
The statement in the 10Q of two deals executing in November, coupled with a channel partner's news of Gallagher's newly available offerings, is a huge shift in the landscape for the better.
