$NNSR The “Company” has finalized the acquisition of Green Zebra, whereby the Company acquired 51% of the outstanding capital stock of Green Zebra. Green Zebra’s sole shareholder, Mr. Coleman Smith, who is also the Company’s sole officer, director and majority shareholder, agreed to complete the transaction in a share exchange agreement for 5,000,000 shares of the Company’s 2018 Series A Preferred Stock and one (1) share of the Company’s 2018 Series B Preferred Stock.
