It is supply and demand. Right now, new investors are probably on the road to their families. It is a slow week. Maybe not the best week to release a PR. But they will be back next week and we'll see how it goes. This was a tremendous first baby step, negotiating a Nanotech Hub for R&D with an Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (their words, not mine) and a $20 Million investment in our Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant.
India's universities turn out top researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs. I am sure they will contribute to the success of this joint venture.
