Question for the thinkers on the board

Loved hearing from the Sounds Concepts Team. They are impressive and will bring much needed skills to the technical and management levels of this combined organization.

My Question is, let's say they don't get the needed cash to pay Sound concepts for the merger. Would nFuz offer more stock to cover the merger? It sounds like they are already moving forward as partners so wondering what the fallout of not raising the needed capital would have on the merger as well as the planned uplisting.
