I addressed your same question privately but will also answer publicly since I see a few additional questions. Let’s start here..
“I’m a healthy skeptic when it comes to investing. I don’t post based upon speculation or unaudited financials like many do. I’m fearless in regard to challenging my own investments along the way since circumstances change from moment to moment. Those posts aren’t negative because I don’t buy into duality systems of labeling aka black and white thinking. Those posts are concerns and challenges toward a CEO who needs to potentially consider hiring a more experienced CEO moving forward to properly manage this business that he owns, his family, friends, and ourselves as shareholders. Logic dictates that there is a need to be concerned when there continues to be inadequacies in follow through on declared dates and events.”
In regard to the company, I have ceased to buy any additional shares despite the downtrend in share price reaching .0015. I haven’t seen any facts outside of speculation to substantiate additional buys. Do I believe in this company? Currently, I believe in the DD technology and the ability of the technology to be continually evolved. At one time, Steve did have my belief based upon his declarations of revenue, his intentions to have an audited financial to substantiate those figures, intentions to reduce share count, intentions to relocate to Colorado, intentions for name/ticker change, etc.
Currently, I do not have the same belief in Steve nor this company. In my opinion, Steve is all over the place with the specifics I previously mentioned, with making declarations concerning other legs of business, ranting over his critics on IHUB, discussing lawsuits, disguising or withholding names of PL deals etc. In summary, he lost my confidence with his inability to follow through in a timely manner on his own declarations. These were not expressed as “hopes” these were expressed as “will do”. Personally, he has jeopardized the integrity of his own words and I’m starting to see a compulsive pattern.
As far as selling? No at this point in time. I’m not willing to sell at these loss levels. I’m not afraid to loose money so I will continue to challenge management and smoke the gopher from his hole. I’d rather see a change than more of the same. Like it or not, here is your answer which you clearly needed me to post publicly since I already addressed your question privately.
