It doesn't appear as though Utopya is going anywhere IMHO. As a matter of fact, there has been no indication from the Company to indicate that. Think about this, "Insiders" own much of the ANDI restricted shares which become "Free Trading" on January 8, 2019. So, does anyone think ANDI is selling off the only potential "money maker" that will eventually make those Restricted Shares worth more when they become available to become "Free Trading"? In my opinion, it doesn't make sense at this time to sell Utopya off.
