It's looking more & more like the Parent Company, ANDI, is becoming a Holdings Company. This appears to be the direction many Company's in the OTC are going. I mean, look at COHO, garbage & Software storage. So, we now own the Subsidiaries Utopya and SWS. Talk about two totally different markets. All we need is for one of the Subsidiary's to produces revenue and this takes off. This will be an interesting yearly "Letter to the Shareholders" tomorrow. We will probably see some better clarification.
