*volume* has always been the key .. OTC targets rarely outlast ..
P2O has options .. what comes to pass only mgmt knows currently

every day with volume .. but one if memory serves .. has been marked @ plus 30%

PTOI (stock) gets a few x per year to eviscerate NR .. this is one of those times
if mgmt can execute and articulate
