Not only is the buyout going to happen, it is basically a "done deal".
The merger of 2 fantastic teams in terms of the upper management and the team's from both SC and nFusz.
They are already having a merger of the minds, things are going great and are even coming up with new products and ideas together.
nFusz is buying them and out of respect to SC while sitting at the table you don't just say we own them now. Rory and #teamfusz knows and can do some things brilliantly and same with Sound Concepts.
The merger or blend of both companies will be rocket fuel in each others areas.
They now have Netsuite running in combo with each other's companies.
They are intergrated as we speak!
