Speaking of that VIDEO , especially in the part covering SC , sounds like they are working the combining of the two companies in the form of a merger now , NOT A BUYOUT. Guess I missed where the change come in as last I knew of it was to be a buyout for $25M , $10M of that from stock issue and the other $15M from some sort of deal with trusted investors. If it is to be a "MERGER" which is FINE with me, the terms of that merger it seems are yet to be disclosed. OR did I miss that TOO ?
