You cant just serve subpoenas into a vacuum....Company would have to file a lawsuit on behalf of shareholders....suspect they arent doing it because every bit of their energy directed at closing a deal and avoiding a R/S...insufficient debt for a bankruptcy

Im optimistic...actually understand why folks are so easily able to convince themselves that distort and short is OK....our entire culture elevates greed and selfishness..when Ayn Rand is your moral compass then this behavior is just proof of your superiority....thats not politics...its morals and economics
