AGREE..after studying how the note holder, MM and transfer agent work through DTC...It's quite CLEAR that the MAIN culprits on investment chat boards are TOXIC note holder conversionists. Remember, the MM trades the spread for their own account. The transfer agent ONLY makes those shares available (or to be available) through DTC. Thus, you have a multitude of forces working against the goodwill of a company.
