When we prove financial gain due to all of this while comparing IPIX value with companies in a similar situation/pipeline/assets I think a blatant attack is easy to prove. The subpoenas are needed for getting info legally and providing time stamped evidence is crucial. User info though sometimes hard to get ie. Apple, can be the hardest thing to get, after that everything else falls into place through investigative database ie. financial, employment, criminal history, even marital status and dependents.
