Additionally, the "technology development funding" could be a biggy as well. If that's what it sounds like, this funding for QMCs' research & development aspirations could go a long way in paying the bills & help take the pressure off of Steve so he can gear-up & re-focus on reaching his goals in a more timely & direct fashion. I imagine he's had to put some important things on the back burner thru these lean times...but now it's time to get this train moving again
