Well I for one hope it will be filing suit against certain message board posters on I-flub with a cease and desist order to never post there again.
DECN is not going to sue message board posters. No CEO is that dumb to waste company funds against people who trade penny stocks for a living and use that profession to rip, manipulate and trick other penny stock posters.
Yahoo tried censorship after being sued 23 times for libel as part of suits against the libelers. It didn't work, so they just shut down the message board and went to another format that is much calmer. Although IMO this message board, which was anonymous for almost 5 years, will also become calmer. The bashers will have noboy to bash except the company and its CEO. And that, like iHub, will read like a broken record for those old enough to remember records. I am not the only poster who will leave in the coming days. Happy Thanksgiving.
