First time a deal has been mentioned in an Sec Doc. Something tells me we are already sold or close with litigation and PTAB hearing. Buyout before reversal would be a way to control damage. I see no win for Duo in a reversal. If the federal court reverses their decision on DUO I am at odds in understanding how Duo was able to sell their company to Cisco without a litigation set aside or a mention of it in any Docs.. Has Cisco been in contact with us? In our past they were. Does anyone have the sales agreement as I have not been able to find it in Cisco's docs. I have been waiting to see an 8K. It has not happened. I think we go up strong from here as my expectation tells me we are there.
