I believe they certainly have plans in mind a, b, c, and maybe even d. I was wondering if the offering price would instantly be the share price and the back up plan was RS if shorts and naked shorts run rampant, then they’d have to cover within 10 days as the RS and uplist should be simultaneous, and if not, then within a day or two.

From what I recall with AVXL, the RS occurred and then we were on Nasdaq very soon after.
