I would assume that once the farm bill passes there will be several major deals to be announced. I believe that when we file sometime in the next couple of weeks we should see a PR shortly after with the MariMed deal. I will be looking forward to seeing forward looking statements in those PR's.

I would guess that Merck would have to wait until CBD is legal on a federal level because they obviously do not want to have any legal issues right now as it would not please their shareholders and I think Ken Frazier does want to keep his job!
