Junebug we know very little about the Merck deal, but I suspect they will have an important role to play, and once again Univec will be the primary beneficiary of the deal. Without knowing details, my first guess is that Merck will provide the muscle to gain FDA approval for Univec products, and they will push the DEA for delisting from the Controlled Substances Act. After that, Merck will provide world wide distribution for Univec products. Originally, it appeared Merck might actually make the Univec patch, but with MariMed now as partner, I no longer see the need for that. I cannot stress enough the importance of MariMed's proprietary cannabis printing technology. This technology will allow Univec the ability to custom tailor patches for every ailment imaginable --- from sleep issues to cancer and from opioid addiction treatments to PTSD treatments. The number of ailments treatable is as long as one's arm. And, we are only talking about the patch right now.
