Yes bashers have hurt ONCI bad, taking them to court is the only recourse he has because most of them can't fund a lawyer.
Sure Steve has a couple good ones he needs to follow through with it not just threaten it, which his tweets to the matter has toned it down some to the effect on how they were talking about him personally.
Steve has done some harm his self on how he's handled some things which gave the bashers ammo.
