Quite a week, and we didn't even get the amended s-1 yet. Most of the information was pretty much what I expected, but I was positively surprised by Brightools' fantastic growth rate. It's easy to see the value of this acquisition, but I hope that we don't have to pay the stock-based part of the acquisition price nowhere near at the current market cap.

It also seems that Microsoft could be a very strong partner for us, considering the switch to Azure, Jim DuBois on our advisory board and multiple different integrations to Microsoft products. In addition, I wouldn't be surprised to see notifiID somehow integrated into Linkedin and notifiEDU in their education software.
