Nice post. I don't remember where the CRO came up, but I do remember doing searches to find the largest ones like you. notifiMED was mentioned in the May, July and both August SHACs. Remember it was first called notifiHEALTH, then notifiMD and now notifiMED. Denise said in a radio update in May, they are partnering with the best in medicine and top pharmaceutical companies. She as experience in the health care industry.
It makes sense to partner with a CRO. Would they first partner with a pharma company and then a CRO. Maybe.
I like how there are really two aspects of notifiMED as mentioned in the July SHAC. They did a test with a physicians office and 9 out of 10 people prefer the video. Rory talked about national rollout with a large partner and then went on to talk about the clinical trial test.

If the patient’s responses to the interactive video indicate that an office visit is either necessary or desirable, the patient can schedule the office visit right in through video in real time. Patients can also download and print prescriptions, care instructions, and other physician distributed documents right from and through the video. notifiMED is offered on a subscription basis."
