I still believe ,there is a strong possibility for FDA conditional approval for B-OM , based on recent trial data with plan for confirmatory PIII/ IV in the future if necessary .
Folks at FDA know very well what OM is and how devastating and expensive to menage it can be and how long medical community , patients and patients advocate groups have been waiting for this "remedy"
There is decades long need for PREVENTIVE measure in case of OM and we finely have it
I think and this is IMO ,pressure for approval is high and they (FDA) know what is at stake
