Well, the PPS affects the terms of the deal. Now that we're in a situation where going it alone results in untenable dilution and risk, we will likely be warmer toward a deal we might have scoffed at a year ago.

I think that is why IBD was brought into the mix. We NEED a big upfront to rescue the company and my guess is that OM alone wasn't going to cut it.
