also keep in mind although the dilution sucks right now
it will give JAN a pretty clean looking balance sheet
by DEC with most of the DEBT paid off which is
yet another reason why its so probable JAN will
get the $5.5M loan because with the balance sheet
looking clean its easier to APPROVE the LOAN !
