So who wants the really good news about these photos? That is assuming ANDI/UTOP is better at managing their supply chain than they are at investor relations.....which is a BIG if, lol!!!
Anyone who has any experience in supply chain knows you aren't going to approve production lots of phones (or any product really) without firm orders in hand (hence White's reference to PO financing in the latest MTAC PR), especially as a start up that has limited funds.
You will only go to production once you know the phones are sold and you can recoup the money spent on manufacturing very quickly by delivering said phones and receiving payment.
So the fact that they SEEM to have production phones in hand tells me that they do, in fact, have fully executed contracts from some buyers otherwise they wouldn't be able to obtain the financing.......and those contracts likely aren't with a small lot buyer like MTAC, but rather someone much larger and certainly more credit worthy.
