. AgriMed presently develops cannabis products that are wholesaled to medical marijuana dispensaries within the state. As required by state law, and in order to effectuate the transaction, the parties have applied for legislative approval of the change in AgriMed's ownership with respect to the Company's acquisition, and are expecting receipt of written evidence thereof prior the end of the 2018 fiscal year.
