Yes Mayhem72ss.  William's public statements that the lawsuit would have "no material impact" on shareholders and that the lawsuit was "frivolous" can all be cited as misleading and manipulation.  William knew full well that he took Overcash's money and provided nothing in return.  William also claimed that since the attorney contacted by the Overcash group was not the attorney representing him on this "specific" lawsuit, the case would be thrown out by the judge.  However, the judge ruled against William because both attorneys were retained by William for MMTE related matters.  So, in my opinion, William knew full well that the court would not side with him on such a weak technicality.  And, the 400 million MMTE shares awarded by the judge certainly did impact shareholders in a materially negative manner.
