I'm excited about the Facebook Ads on Monday.
15,000,000 - 20,000,000 moms at $1 per thousand views means we will be spending about $15,000 - $20,000 on advertising. Since the company profit is about $100 per unit that means we would need to sell about 150 - 200 units to breakeven on the advertising. Not very many if you ask me since we have such high profit margins.
So anything greater than 1 sale for every 100,000 views (15,000,000 views / 150 units = 100,000 views per unit) means the Ads are more than paying for themselves.
You can extrapolate and see the possibilities.
1 sale for every 10,000 views = 1,500 units or $150,000 in profit.
1 sale for every 1,000 views = 15,000 units or $1,500,000 in profit.
