-IS dilutional in that it increases Total Outstanding shares but has a 9.9% of OS max clause to minimize dilution and
-IS NOT contributing to any volume as the shares are issued by the registrar on behalf of IPIX but are not counted in daily transaction volume UNTIL the common shares are actually sold. As discussed the agreement prohibits the MFO from selling or shorting IPIX for 90 days.
