The question I keep asking myself is 99% of stocks in OTC have no or a little revenue. But their PPS are higher based on future prospective.
ONCI has revenue with much higher profit margin and is growing. But the PPS is in a dump. If revenue rules then something is wrong here. Is it the way CEO running the show or something else.
