What is mind blowing is we are buying SC for 10M plus stock of 15M. They have ~12M in revenue (and growing) and we are paying them 10M in cash. We might see that 10M return in as little at 8 months from SC
The bind we could get into is paying that 10M up front at the close of the deal to the private owners of the company. That is where the 20M Capital raise comes into play. Let's hope the investment community sees the opportunity as we do.
