I would certainly think that the ability for PixelMags to do capital raises was the motivation behind the reverse merger in the first place.

PixelMags may even merge with another company like High Times Holdings considering their common ground. Then the ability to raise capital would become a huge plus, considering the future of the cannabis market and the expansion possibilities that HTH has already talked about pursuing. The legal cannabis market will be tremendous, especially on a global scale.

Time will tell, but I still wouldn't be surprised to see them going public as PixelMags in the fairly near future with the last two years of financial data.
