Re: canadiantrader #8389
Microsoft Dynamics is Microsoft's CRM & ERP solutions. Office 365 is a suite of applications like Microsoft World, Excel, Planner, SharePoint, Skype, etc. Outlook is the email client.
A lot of larger companies use Microsoft. Why? It's because it's a holistic solution meaning you don't have to buy a bunch of point solutions and glue them all together. More important,, it's very secure. All the apps tie into Azure Active Directory so you are using single signon to get access to everything. As a business user, you don't have to remember 50 different passwords and if you leave the company, there is only one account to disable.
I think I read 90% of the Fortune 500 companies use Azure AD. I assume what the company is talking about below is leveraging that same single signon into notifiCRM. Integrating it into their CRM system, possible being able to do certain things right from Outlook like leverage an email template, drop in a video, etc. that you stored on SharePoint. While this might sound trivial, business users don't want to have to open 5 apps to do something let alone remember a bunch of passwords.
Nice post earlier btw. Every investor should go back and thumbs up it if they haven't. Writing a post like that takes thought and time.
