Auditing Q3's is no impact to the timeline towards SEC Registration, since it only takes a week and it can easily happen during the 60-day SEC review period. Heck, it's probably happening simultaneously right now along with the unaudited filing.
The only reason we needed to get into the Q3's is because Fred fell ill with heart problems. Common knowledge.
No one has lost any money unless they sold. Longs know the mega-potential here and that's why they are holding on tight to their shares and adding, as possible. No one is falling with the 2.5M blocks/walls that are part of the short tactics to scare off the weak hands out of their shares.
The audits followed by the S1 registration bring in 3 large investors taking a 90M stake in the company. This cash infusion will clean up the balance sheet completely, and maybe even allow the company to do a massive share buyback.
Yes, we all have our opinions in the OTC, but this is why we get 1000% runs here. HHSE is not Dow or Nasdaq stock. Not yet. Nasdaq will probably be another 2 years from now.
