When people do the math they say, "Hell I have 100K shares so all we need to do is get to $10 and I am a millionaire"

Then if a 10-1 happens they go. "I am screwed. We will never get to $100 a share".

The reality is the math is the same.

What people don't factor is is 180K shares go to 18K shares.

Ever see what happens with a company with a tight float when only 18K shares are available?

I have. I'm sure AGP has.

Those shares will expand to take in accretive acquisitions but that will also raise the value.
